Introduction
HZN series vacuum nitrogen inflator insecticidal sterilization disinfection equipment is used for file and artwork insecticidal sterilization disinfection equipment, micro oxygen (nitrogen) approved by physical method, namely environmental protection and safe and reliable, without any harmful influence on the processing of archives, extermination process does not use toxic or with chemicals, not residues of harmful substances in the file, after the pesticide management can direct contact with the file, no any safety or health hazards to the operator, the insects can be killed in anaerobic.

Working principle
Vacuum nitrogen filled first put files in a certain volume of container, with a pump insecticidal incase of air, to vacuum degree of vacuum state, then filling the right amount of nitrogen, cleaning container less oxygen, after a few smoke, filling the container to serious lack of oxygen, cause file pests suffocation death from lack of oxygen, vacuum nitrogen inflator insecticidal processing, can not only kill file pests, and to file paper, handwriting color had no effect.

Characteristic
Safe and reliable: There is a built-in safety valve in the nitrogen making machine, which can automatically empty when the gas is overpressured. All the containers inside the nitrogen making machine have been tested by the quality inspection department, and have the pressure vessel certificate. The pressure of the disinfection cabinet is lower than that of the disinfection cabinet 0.05mpa, not belonging to the pressure vessel, safety is guaranteed.
It is equipped with original inlet pressure sensor and temperature and humidity sensor. When nitrogen is injected into the disinfection room, it is humidified through automatic humidifier to ensure the humidity in the disinfection room is between 35% and 60%, and the humidity value can be set by itself between 10% and 100%.
Device fault alarm display can automatically cut off the power supply through the program.
